Haiku From The Heart- A Poem By Nia Rose

Always searching,
hearts forever on reserve,
anxiously waiting.

A madness is stirred
like a ripple in a pond,
aching for comfort.

Hopeless romantics
wanting to be blown away,
swaying in the wind.

Craving simple things-
A lovely kiss or embrace,
A place to feel safe.

Restless hummingbirds
just yearning for completion.
Feverish passion.

Such an absurd thought-
spirits forever searching,
devastating ends.

As days turn to sapphire,
hearts hang onto hope,
hiding under stars.
